WAYNESBORO- The Waynesboro Area School District (WASD) honored two esteemed board members for their dedicated service. Karen Herald and Cindy Sullivan were recognized by the Pennsylvania School Boards Association (PSBA) for their eight years of commitment to the WASD school board.
The recognition ceremony, which was held Tuesday, Aug. 8, was a momentous occasion to celebrate the tireless efforts of Herald and Sullivan. Mark Smith, the board president, had the honor of presenting the certificates to these exceptional individuals.
