Waynesboro Historical Society Hosts COVID-19 Journal Writers Meet and Greet

WAYNESBORO- The Waynesboro Historical Society hosted a “Meet and Greet” event on Saturday, July 29, for COVID-19 Pandemic Journal Writers at the Oller House located at 138 W. Main Street, Waynesboro. The writers had been keeping journals of their experiences for the last several years during this unique time. The event was free and open to the public. Visitors had the opportunity to meet the writers and tour the beautiful historic home. The house had rooms of resources for anyone interested in researching local history or genealogy.

The event was a success, with many visitors attending to meet the dedicated writers and learn about their experiences during the pandemic. The writers shared their stories and insights, providing a unique perspective on this historic time. Visitors were also able to tour the historic home and learn about local history and genealogy.
