CHAMBERSBURG- The Franklin County Fair is set to take place from Sunday, July 9 through Saturday, July 15 at the Chambersburg Rod & Gun Club. The fair will feature a variety of events and activities for all ages, including truck and tractor pulls on Monday, July 10, Wednesday, July 12, and Friday, July 14, and Bullride Mania on Saturday, July 15.
Musical entertainment will also be provided throughout the week, with performances by Chris Woodward & Shindiggin’, Make Mine Country, The Reagan Years, and Kickin’ It Classy Line Dancing1. Children’s activities will include inflatables by 3 Monkey Inflatables, carnival games, baby barnyard, Shane the Balloon Guy, and Magician.
In addition to the entertainment, the fair will offer a variety of delicious food options, including Big Boy hoagies, country ham sandwiches, fresh-cut fries, pork burgers, PA Dairymen’s Association Farm Show Milkshakes, Williamson Ruritan ice cream, ice cream-filled donuts, and more.
Special contests will also be held, such as Fair Royalty (queen, princess, and little miss), skid loader rodeo, and talent contest.
Admission to the fair is free every night, with a $5.00 per car parking fee from Monday to Thursday and a $20.00 per car parking fee on Friday and Saturday.
