Listen for a cause. A State Constable Musical Fundraiser will be held today, Friday, May 26, from 1 to 8 p.m. at Memorial Park in Chambersburg. There will be live performances from bands of all genres. Tickets are $10. Bring your own chair or blanket. Proceeds benefit fire police and the state constables.

Be first. Opening day for Waynesboro’s Market in the Park is Saturday, May 27, from 8:30 a.m. to noon in Main Street Park. Shop from more than 30 vendors. Dog-friendly.

Find a find. A Community Sale day will be held Saturday, May 27, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Ringgold Church.

Rock on! MotorSmoke will perform Saturday, May 27, at 8 p.m. at the Blue Ridge Sportsmen’s Association. The band touts itself as, “Five guys from the tri-state area that have been playing music for a long time.”
