Missing girls found

WAYNESBORO–Missing sisters Hanna Lee and Skye Rex, who were allegedly abducted by Lashada Lee, their noncustodial mother, have been found.

According to Waynesboro Police Department, the girls are safe and in the custody of Children and Youth pending a hearing. Their mother, Lashada Lee, was taken into police custody and is being held pending arraignment.

The girls were 7 and 5 at the time they were reported missing on March 17, 2020. Lee allegedly fled with the girls after the father, John Rex, was granted full custody of both girls. The investigation is continuing.
