CHAMBERSBURG–The Franklin County Literacy Council recently received a $50,000 grant award through the Franklin County IMPACT! grant program.
The grant will help fund a part-time evening ESL Instructor, resources and materials for the adult education and ESL programs and allow FCLC to share its program mission more broadly across other areas of the county.
This IMPACT! Grant Program was made possible through the federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
