Suspect Identified in Saturday Bomb Threat

WAYNESBORO- At 5:42 P.M on March 25, 2023 members of the Washington Township Police Department responded to 12751 Washington Township Blvd, Wal Mart, for report of a male who made a bomb threat to a Wal Mart employee. The building was evacuated.

Members of the Washington Township Police Department and K-9 handlers from Franklin County Sheriff’s Department, Carlisle Police Department, Capital City Police, Dauphin County Sheriff’s Department, and the Pennsylvania State Police cleared the business and deemed it safe. The male who made the threat was identified and an investigation is ongoing.
