WAYNESBORO–The Waynesboro Theatre (75 W. Main St.) is offering the following films this week:

Tues., July 19, 7 p.m.: “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire” (PG-2:37). Harry Potter finds himself competing in a hazardous tournament between rival schools of magic, but he is distracted by recurring nightmares. Cost: $8; includes popcorn  

Wed., July 20 at 10 a.m.: “Scoob” (PG’1:33). Scooby and the gang face their most challenging mystery ever–a plot to unleash the ghost dog Cerberus upon the world. As they race to stop this dogpocalypse, the gang discovers that Scooby has an epic destiny greater than anyone imagined. Cost: $5; includes popcorn and small drink 

Sat., July 23 at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.:  “The Parent Trap” (PG-2:08). Identical twins Annie and Hallie, separated at birth and each raised by one of their biological parents, later discover each other for the first time at summer camp and make a plan to bring their wayward parents back together. Cost: $6 

Sat., July 23 at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. “In The Heights” (PG-13-2:23). A film version of the Broadway musical in which Usnavi, a sympathetic New York bodega owner, saves every penny every day as he imagines and sings about a better life. Cost: $6 

Sun., July 24 at 2:30 p.m. “American Underdog” (PG-1:52) The story of NFL MVP and Hall of Fame quarterback Kurt Warner, who went from stocking shelves at a supermarket to becoming an American Football star. Cost: $6
