HARRISBURG–Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has reduced the speed limit on all interstates and major state-maintained roads across South Central Pennsylvania to 45 mph effective immediately.

Crews are out salting and plowing, but expect slippery conditions, especially on bridges and overpasses, according to PennDOT officials.

Franklin County has had snow, sleet and freezing rain since about 8 a.m. this morning.
