Editor’s note: This is the ninth in a series of articles on where to “shop local, shop small” in and around Waynesboro.

Need a tree? Looking to flaunt your local pride? Searching for gifts? Here are a few places where you can find local gear and more:

Blue Ridge Summit Free Library, Monterey Lane in Blue Ridge Summit: Give a gift and support the library at the same time! The library is offering T-shirts with the new logo design. Adult sizes are $20; children’s sizes are $15.

Mainstreet Waynesboro: Looking for one-of-a-kind gifts and stocking stuffers? How ‘bout ‘Boro swag? There’s also “Waynesboro 200 Years of History” DVDs for sale at the Mainstreet Waynesboro’s office, 13 W. Main St., in the left side of M&T Bank on the square. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday. Proceeds of all sales benefit Mainstreet’s downtown revitalization efforts.

State Line Ruritan Club will host an annual Santa’s Shop at 9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 4., at 15841 Park Drive, State Line. A variety of vendors will be on-hand offering crafts and other items.

Waynesboro Lions Club: A variety of brooms are available, ranging from $5 for a whisk broom to $15 for a warehouse broom. Order yours through their Facebook page or via email to [email protected].

Waynesboro Fish and Game is selling choose and cut trees for $35 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the 10205 Fish and Game Rd, Waynesboro.
