CHAMBERSBURG–Notice is hereby given that the Chambersburg Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing as provided in the Chambersburg Zoning Ordinance for the following Appeal in Council Chambers on the First Floor of the Utility Departments Addition to Borough Hall, 100 South Second Street, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, on Tues., Dec. 6 at 5 p.m.
Appeal Number 1647, Appellant, Chris Drawbaugh, is requesting a special exception and variance to establish a boardinghouse with 12 rooms at 447 Lincoln Way East. The area is zoned Distributed Commercial Neighborhood Business. This is an appeal under Sections 300-31.1 and 300-138.1.
