HARRISBURG–State Rep. Paul Schemel and the House Government Committee Subcommittee on Government Integrity & Transparency will host a hearing on “Commonwealth Transparency 101: Sunshine Act, the Right-to-Know Law, the Ethics Act and Per Diems,” at 9 a.m. today, Thursday, Nov. 4.
Testifiers include personnel from the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission, Pennsylvania NewsMedia Association and Pennsylvania Office of Open Records. The hearing will be held in the G-50 Irvis Office Building, Pennsylvania Capitol Complex. Barring technical difficulties, the hearing will be livestreamed at RepSchemel.com.
