GREENCASTLE, Pa. — More than 500 motorcyclists took to the local highways Sunday, June 8, to support regional veterans during the annual Operation God Bless America Ride. A roaring convoy of 550 registered bikes traveled down Route 11 through Greencastle before heading south on Interstate 81 toward the Martinsburg VA Medical Center in West Virginia. This year’s charity event raised more than $30,000 for the medical center, funding vital patient quality-of-life improvements that range from specialized therapeutic equipment to enhanced wheelchair accessibility.
