Hagerstown Community College has announced a lineup of spring courses designed to help professionals and entrepreneurs sharpen their skills through its Business, Certification and Licensure program.
The four new offerings range from modern communication tools to leadership lessons drawn from local history. “Podcasting for Entrepreneurs,” offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from April 14 to May 14, teaches participants how to script, record, and produce professional-quality podcasts with a focus on branding and audience engagement.
“Advanced Nonprofit Management,” held Wednesdays from March 4 to 25, provides guidance in donor relations, fundraising, and ethical decision-making for those leading or launching nonprofit organizations.
On March 27, the full-day course “Leadership in the Battlefield” takes learners to Antietam National Battlefield. Attendees will explore how wartime leadership decisions can inspire modern workplace strategies.
“AI Possibilities: What Can AI Do for You?” runs Thursdays from March 5 to 26 and introduces participants to artificial intelligence concepts through hands-on activities and discussions aimed at improving efficiency and innovation.
