WAYNESBORO – Nayquan A. Brown, Chambersburg, has been charged with one count each of sexual abuse of children and criminal use of a communication facility after an incident was reported on September 22 at 9:27 am. on E. Main Street, Waynesboro police reported today.
Brown is 43 years of age.
