HARRISBURG, Pa. — Students from St. Andrew Catholic School visited the state Capitol recently, where they met with state Rep. Chad Reichard (R-Franklin).
Reichard greeted the third, fourth and fifth-grade students as they toured the building and learned about state government. He spoke with the group about the legislative process and answered questions as they explored the Capitol’s artwork and architecture.
The visit was part of the school’s ongoing effort to introduce students to civic engagement and public service. Reichard said he enjoyed meeting the students and was glad to see their interest in how state government works.
