WAYNESBORO – Waynesboro native Kody Brown saw a need and did something about it. He began Sasquatch Outdoors to provide activities for those with disabilities, special needs or health issues.

He told Rotarians last week that he founded the organization about a year ago, funding about 75 percent of it himself so far. Outdoor programs have included fishing trips and and Hagerstown Box Cars
baseball games. Brown said the organization, which has helped about 10-12 people so far, has been a highlight of his life.

He is hoping to hook up with other groups and service clubs to grow the organization. Further information can be found on Facebook or at www.sasquatchoutdoors.com
