WAYNESBORO — The Waynesboro Stallions youth football team is set to embark on a new season, showcasing their skills and teamwork on the field. The schedule includes a series of home and away games, beginning with a Sept. 1 matchup against New Cumberland at home.
As the season progresses, teams will compete across various grade levels, with game times staggered throughout the day to accommodate all players. The Stallions aim to foster a competitive spirit while promoting sportsmanship and community involvement among young athletes. Scores from previous games, including a strong showing against Carlisle, highlight the team’s potential as they prepare for the upcoming challenges.
Home games will be played at 13375 Welty Road in Waynesboro, unless otherwise announced.
Admission is $2 per adult and $1 for students, or $5 per car. Ages 5 and under are free, as well as coaches and athletes.
