Fort Ritchie Gears Up for Annual Bill Coyle Memorial Cruise-In

CASCADE,MD- The Fort Ritchie Community Center (FRCC) is preparing for its Annual Bill Coyle Memorial Cruise-In, scheduled for June 23, from noon to 4 p.m. This beloved event promises to be a delightful gathering for car enthusiasts and families alike. The Cruise-In, now in its 3rd year, pays homage to the late Bill Coyle, a dedicated member of the community and a passionate advocate for classic car preservation. The event welcomes all types of vehicles, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, tractors, and engines. Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their prized possessions along Castle Drive, where paved parking spots will be available. Parking attendants will be on hand to guide participants to their designated spots. To commemorate the occasion, dash plaques will be offered to the first 100 registered vehicles, adding a touch of exclusivity to the event.

A variety of food trucks will be on site. Cracken Catering – Food Truck & Carryout, Still Smokin’ BBQ, Stoner Dogs, Subs, & Sammies, and Pok’s Delights Shaved Ice will be serving up their specialties.

In addition to the automotive showcase, the event will feature a 50/50 raffle and other raffles, adding to the festive atmosphere. Trophies will be awarded to vehicles in specific categories, as determined by a panel of judges, recognizing the exceptional craftsmanship and dedication of the owners. With a registration fee of $5 per vehicle, the Bill Coyle Memorial Cruise-In promises to be an affordable and enjoyable experience for the entire family.
