Smithsburg Fire Company Hosts Annual Carnival

SMITHSBURG, MD- The Smithsburg Community Volunteer Fire Company is gearing up for its annual carnival, scheduled to take place from June 24 to June 29. The event promises a week of entertainment, food, and fun for the local community.

Each evening, the carnival grounds will come alive with live music performances. The lineup includes:

  • Monday, June 24: The Hubaps at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.
  • Tuesday, June 25: The Mack Berry Band at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 26: Stone Country at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.
  • Thursday, June 27: Brickyard Road at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.
  • Friday, June 28: The Spin Outs with Taylor Brown at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 29: Dean Crawford and the Dunn’s River Band at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Highlighting the festivities will be a spectacular fireworks display on Tuesday, June 25, at 9:30 p.m.

Visitors can enjoy a variety of rides, which will be open from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. each night. Additionally, numerous vendors and food concessions will be on-site, offering a diverse range of culinary delights and merchandise. The Smithsburg Firemen Carnival is an annual tradition that brings the community together while raising funds for the Smithsburg Community Volunteer Fire Company. The event promises to be a memorable experience for attendees of all ages
