HAGERSTOWN, MD – The Washington County Highway Department announced it will be closing Manor Church Rd at the one-lane bridge over Antietam Creek. This closure will be in effect on Thursday, Nov. 30, between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. for a bridge inspection.
The Washington County Division of Engineering apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates understanding.
