Waynesboro Community Concert Association Presents The Starlets

WAYNESBORO — The Waynesboro Community Concert Association (WCCA) will present the female vocal group The Starlets in concert on Sunday, Oct. 8, at 3 p.m. at Waynesboro Area Senior High School Oyer Auditorium.The Starlets are inspired by iconic girl groups of the 50s & 60s, such as The Ronettes, The Angels, The Shirelles, and The Supremes. They perform such memorable hits as “My Boyfriend’s Back,” “Heatwave,” “These Boots are Made for Walkin’,” “Be My Baby,” “Stop! In the Name of Love,” and more. Their shows feature fabulous costumes, sizzling choreography, and engaging audience interaction.Single tickets are $25 at the door and online at waynesboropaconcerts.org. Subscriptions for the 2023-2024 season are $50 and include reciprocal performances by Gettysburg, PA and Hagerstown, MD concert associations. Students K-12 are admitted free with those in K-8 accompanied by an adult.The WCCA is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization that has presented world-acclaimed live entertainment to the Waynesboro area since 1936. Each year, the WCCA features an array of genres including Broadway, classical, folk, pop, and jazz.
