WAYNESBORO—Area families are invited to attend The Institute’s monthly StoryWalk® Sundays adventure for kids on Sunday, November 13 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at Pine Hill Recreation Area.
Kids will join a fun guided walk along the story trail as they read the book together, then make a special craft project to take home.
November’s storybook is “I Am Thankful,” by Sheri Wall.
“This rhyming storybook shows how three different families celebrate the season of giving thanks with their own traditions,” said Pam Rowland, The Institute’s education director. “Beautiful illustrations show various Thanksgiving adventures, and kids learn how to be thankful for the people and the world around them.”

Children in grades K–5 may be dropped off and picked up at 3 p.m. All families are welcome, but activities are geared for preschool and elementary age kids.
