Boomer was recently returned to the shelter through no fault of his own. The family dynamics in the home changed and Boomer wasn’t getting the attention he needed. He is one happy go lucky, 1-year-old terrier mix who pretty much loves everyone he meets. His tail is usually wagging so hard that his whole back end wiggles! It was noted by his previous family that Boomer may be too much for small children, so an age restriction may apply for children in the home. Please discuss this with shelter staff. Boomer knows sit (when he can contain his tail long enough), and lie down. He is a sweet guy that just wants love and to find his forever home!
Nala is a 9-month-old American Bulldog mix who is a super happy girl. She is deaf, but that doesn’t stop her at all. She has had some training with signal commands and does well with sit. She is still a puppy, though, so she will need someone that understands the time and the patience that goes into training a puppy, especially a deaf one. Nala just wants to be with you and really wants to please you! She loves getting belly rubs and lots of love! Nala enjoys playing outside in the yard and chasing toys. She hopes that someone can look past her deafness and see what an amazing companion she will be for them!
