Rouzerville Fish & Game Association postponed its annual Fish Rodeo at Red Run Park Lake due to inclement weather on Saturday, April 12. The event was rescheduled for Sunday, April 13, from 8 a.m. to noon.
The rodeo, designed for children ages 3 to 15, attracted approximately 70 participants who had signed up to compete. Families gathered at the park on Sunday morning for the event, which promotes outdoor recreation and fishing skills among youth.
Fat Russ BBQ food truck was present on-site, offering meals to attendees throughout the event. The food truck added a flavorful touch to the morning’s activities, serving barbecue favorites to hungry participants and their families.
The rescheduling ensured that young anglers could safely enjoy the experience of fishing in Red Run Park Lake while engaging with the community.
