CHAMBERSBURG – Colorful characters, bold imagination and young talent will take over the Capitol Theatre stage when the Chambersburg Community Theatre presents “Adventures of a Comic Book Artist” March 20–22.
This lively children’s musical—written by kids for kids—celebrates the power of creativity and storytelling as young artists discover that their sketches can spring to life. Through humor, bravery and catchy songs, the show highlights what happens when imagination meets courage inside a comic book world.
The dynamic cast features Kyler Davis-Wright as the artist, Landry Matthews as the narrator, Leira Mellott as Viola, Lennon Vincenti as the artist, Lennyx Beaver as ensemble, Livey Potter as ensemble (Rotten Penny), Lucy Bizzarri as Dr. Shock Clock, Maddox Shultz as Minutos, Maxwil Hanks as Minutos, Melanie Hess as ensemble, Nova Montello as Minutos, Peyton Eyer as Minutos, Raleigh Hanks as artist and Zoey Smith as ensemble.
Performers have already begun rehearsals to bring this artistic adventure to life through song, dance and plenty of superhero energy. The show promises family-friendly fun and a memorable experience for audiences of all ages.
