WAYNESBORO – National Honors Society (NHS) members from Waynesboro Area Senior High School (WASHS) volunteered their time today at the 12th annual WASD Elementary track meet. The meet was held at Buchanan Auto Stadium and featured students from all four WASD elementary schools.
NHS members volunteered in a variety of roles, including registration, field events, track events, announcing, data entry, ribbon writing, and concessions. They worked alongside the Physical Education teachers to ensure that the meet ran smoothly and that all of the students had a fun and positive experience.
