WAYNESBORO – Ryan A. Zeigler, 33, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count each of strangulation, aggravated assault and simple assault after a domestic incident occurred on Sept. 24 at 10:25 p.m. on Park Street, Waynesboro police reported today.
