WAYNESBORO, Pa — The Wayne Band, Waynesboro’s community concert band, will perform an outdoor concert at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 7, at the Church of the Apostles, 336 Barnett Ave.
The free concert will feature a mix of patriotic selections and traditional concert band repertoire, offering a program designed to appeal to a wide audience.
Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs for seating, as the performance is planned to take place outdoors on the church grounds. In the event of inclement weather, the concert will be moved indoors.
The Wayne Band is directed by Daniel Deatrich, who leads the ensemble in presenting seasonal performances for the community. The group is known for its commitment to accessible live music and its focus on classic and patriotic works.
