WAYNESBORO– The Wayne Band will host a Patriotic Veterans Day Concert on Sunday, Nov. 12, at 3 p.m. in the Main Dining Room of the Waynesboro American legion. The community is invited, and all veterans and families are welcome as honored guests.
The concert will feature a variety of patriotic music, including traditional marches, hymns, and popular songs. The band will also be performing several pieces that have been specially arranged for veterans.
The Wayne Band is a community band that has been serving the Wayne area for over 50 years. The band is made up of musicians of all ages and skill levels, and they are passionate about sharing their love of music with the community.
The Patriotic Veterans Day Concert is a free event, but donations to the Wayne Band will be accepted. The proceeds will be used to support the band’s continued mission of providing music to the community.
