HAGERSTOWN – The Washington County Chamber of Commerce will host a marketing workshop on Tuesday, Feb. 17, to help local businesses use artificial intelligence tools to increase advertising return on investment.
The event, titled “Your Next Customer,” will start at 8 a.m. and will focus on strategies businesses can use to boost their return on ad spending through digital tools and automation.
Organizers say the session will explore how small and mid-sized businesses can leverage artificial intelligence platforms to improve customer targeting, marketing efficiency and long-term brand trust.
Featured speaker
The workshop will feature marketing consultant and entrepreneur Andrew Keller, who specializes in blending growth strategy with hands-on technical innovation. Keller currently serves as marketing director for two seven-figure home performance companies and mentors at the Hagerstown Community College Incubator.
According to event materials, Keller has experience in raising capital funding and won the 2023 HCC Startup Pitch Competition. He works with businesses to navigate digital tools and build sustainable growth strategies within their communities.

The Chamber regularly hosts educational and networking events designed to strengthen the local business climate and provide professional development opportunities for members.
Coffee for the Feb. 17 workshop will be donated by River Bottom Roasters.
