GREENCASTLE, Pa. — The United Way will be presenting their annual community campaign in October this year. The event is called Kickin’ Back to Kick Off and will be held at the Antrim Spring Farm.
Live music and games on the farm
The charitable event will feature live music, farm animals, a silent auction and several yard games including cornhole. There will also be a cornhole tournament for guests to enter, games of chance, a photographer station, and a silent auction. All proceeds from the event will be donated in support of the Franklin County United Way.
Food and treats to please the palate
In addition to the fun and games, there will be plenty to eat and snack on at the event. An entrance ticket will get you one free drink, plus grazing stations with delicious snacks, and a s’mores bar. There will also be local food trucks providing snacks and beverages including Hidden Key Brewing Co., The Traveling Brew, and Redneck Reggie BBQ.
Community unity brings strength
The community campaign brings local businesses together to help support one of the world’s most impactful charity organizations. Presented by Middletown Valley Bank, sponsors for this year’s event include radio stations 101.5 WAYZ and 92.1 Bob Rocks. Other sponsors include Manitowoc, F&M Trust, Graphics Universal, CDS, Negley’s Water, and Antrim Way Honda, VerStandig Media, and others.
