HAGERSTOWN – The Washington County Highway Department announces an upcoming road closure on 4 Locks Road, between Hassett Road and the tunnel, on Wednesday, Feb. 18, between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.
County officials said they regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Alternative routes will be available for motorists.
