This week in Franklin and Washington counties, several theater groups are preparing to entertain audiences.

The Waynesboro Children’s Theatre Troupe is looking for local businesses to become a sponsor for this year’s “Shrek the Musical.” The production expenses of each show exceed $25,000 yearly, and the theater group is looking for assistance.
