HAGERSTOWN – Innovators with ideas for products, services, apps or technology have until Oct. 24 to apply for Hagerstown Community College’s Spark Tank competition.
The event, hosted by the college’s Incubators + Labs, gives contenders five minutes to pitch their projects to a group of judges. A grand prize of $5,000 awaits the top entry, with mini prizes of $1,000 each for most innovative, audience choice, runner-up and community impact.
Spark Tank takes place Nov. 18 from 5:30 to 8:45 p.m. in the BSH Building at Hagerstown Community College. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., with the competition starting at 6 p.m.
