Social Media Stars The Crafty Lumberjacks Bring Their Talents to Totem Pole Playhouse’s South Pacific

Fayetteville, PA — Audiences attending Rodgers & Hammerstein’s South Pacific at Totem Pole Playhouse this summer may recognize two familiar faces—not just from the stage, but from their social media feeds.

Dennis Setteducati and Andrew Boza, the creative duo behind the popular online brand The Crafty Lumberjacks, have joined the cast of Totem Pole Playhouse’s production of South Pacific, running July 31 through August 16.

The pair have built a devoted following through colorful DIY projects, holiday decorating ideas, crafting tutorials, and entertaining videos shared across social media. Their creativity has also earned appearances on national television, including The Drew Barrymore Show, The Rachael Ray Show, The Chew, and HGTV Handmade.

Long before becoming online personalities, however, Setteducati and Boza built careers in professional theatre. The two met while performing together on the National Tour of Fiddler on the Roof, and they have continued balancing their passion for live performance with their growing digital audience.

In Totem Pole Playhouse’s production of South Pacific, Setteducati portrays the lovable and comedic Luther Billis, while Boza appears as Buzz Adams and a member of the ensemble.

“We’re excited to welcome Dennis and Andrew to Totem Pole Playhouse,” said Totem Pole leadership. “Audiences may know them for their creative projects online, but they’re also accomplished professional performers. It’s exciting to see them return to the stage in one of musical theatre’s greatest classics.”

South Pacific features an accomplished company of Broadway, national tour, and regional theatre performers alongside a live orchestra performing Rodgers & Hammerstein’s timeless score. Filled with beloved songs including “Some Enchanted Evening,” “Bali Ha’i,” and “I’m Gonna Wash That Man Right Outa My Hair,” the musical continues to captivate audiences more than 75 years after its Broadway premiere.

“One of the things that makes live theatre so special is discovering the many paths artists take throughout their careers,” Totem Pole leadership added. “Dennis and Andrew have inspired millions online through creativity and craftsmanship, and now audiences have the opportunity to experience their talents live on stage.”

Rodgers & Hammerstein’s South Pacific runs July 31 through August 16 at Totem Pole Playhouse.
