GREENCASTLE, Pa. — Families gathered Friday evening at Antrim Township Community Park for Stars, Stripes & Summer Nights, a community celebration tied to the America250 observance marking the nation’s 250th anniversary.
The event, organized by Antrim Township and the Heart of Antrim, featured food, entertainment and patriotic activities designed to bring residents together for a summer night of family-friendly fun.
Planned attractions included fireworks, food trucks, face painting, patriotic crafts, bounce houses, inflatable obstacle courses, Touch a Truck displays, horse demonstrations, Hiland cows courtesy of Antrim Spring Farm, fire and EMS demonstrations, hayrides, scavenger hunts, lawn games and other community activities.
