WAYNESBORO, Pa. — More than 200 people attended the Boro Brews & Tacos Fest on Saturday, bringing together local breweries, food vendors and live entertainment for an evening of community celebration.
The annual event featured 40 varieties of beer, wine and spirits, along with tacos, Mexican-inspired treats, karaoke and games of chance. Guests sampled beverages from regional makers while enjoying live music throughout the evening.
The May 16 festival included vendors such as Roll Time, Hercules Kitchen, Taqueria and Hannah B Sweets, offering a variety of food selections. Christie’s Pipes also participated as a vendor during the event.
Entertainment was provided by Phipps & Phriends Band and Backwoods Karaoke, giving attendees live performances and interactive activities throughout the festival.
Participating beverage companies included Gearhouse Rough Edges, Blake’s Hard Cider, Aldus Brewing Co., Holla Spirits, Michaux, Cold Spring Hollow, Renegade Winery and Fat Bat Brewing.
A “Beer for Life” giveaway was sponsored by Edward Jones financial advisers Robert and Marssa Correl, along with Fink Pinto.
