On Aug. 28, the Waynesboro Maidens volleyball teams hosted Gettysburg in front of an energized home crowd. The Junior Varsity squad battled through three intense games, ultimately pulling out a 2-1 series victory. Afterward, the Varsity team dominated from start to finish, sweeping Gettysburg 3-0 with decisive wins in all sets. Both teams fed off the excitement of their supporters, making it a strong showing for Waynesboro volleyball.
