You are eligible for a booster if:
You are 12 or older and it has been at least 5 months since completing your primary Pfizer COVID-19 series or at least 6 months since completing the Moderna vaccines or at least two months since receiving the J&J/Jansen vaccine.
Bring photo ID and vaccine cards for updates. The program is provided by Keystone Health.
