Amy Lou Frisby, age 58, of Greencastle, PA, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer at Jefferson Health Abington Hospital. Born in Hagerstown, MD on October 27, 1967, she was the daughter of Beverley Shindle Coble and the late William “Bill” Coble.
Amy was a 1985 graduate of James Buchanan High School, where she excelled as a basketball and softball player. She last worked as a Store Manager at Burger King. Amy enjoyed gardening and always redecorating her house.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by three children, Amanda R. Lynch of Mercersburg, Pa, Trenton S. Springs of Greencastle, PA, and Logan A. Springs of Greencastle, PA; five grandchildren; three siblings, Lori L. Wood (Michael) of Greencastle, PA, Sue A. Landers (Jerry) of Hancock, MD, and Wendy L. Hopkins of Chambersburg, PA; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
