GREENCASTLE – Antrim Spring Farm will host its first-ever morning yoga class on Saturday, Aug. 16, at 8 a.m., offering participants a chance to find inner peace in a unique rural setting. The event, open to all skill levels, invites attendees to practice yoga surrounded by the farm’s historic stone architecture and lush greenery, with birdsong as the only soundtrack.
Following the session, participants can linger for light refreshments, soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. Organizers designed the experience to nurture mind, body and soul, providing a serene escape from daily life.
