WAYNESBORO– The Monterey Pass Museum is kicking off their fund-raising with a ceremony on Sept. 25 at 1 p.m. at the Museum to purchase battlefield land and Toll House.
Mrs. Nancy Crago, a long-time friend of The Friends of Monterey Pass, docent at the Monterey
Pass Museum and supporter of historical preservation efforts for the Battle of Monterey Pass, will commit $10,000 to the Monterey Pass Museum. With this donation, The Friends of Monterey Pass will also kick off their fund raising campaign to purchase the historic Toll House and adjacent battlefield land.
