STATE LINE, Pa. – Retired Army Lt. Col. Christopher M. Siedor will present “Memories of a Vietnam Dustoff pilot” from his Vietnam days at a meeting of the Middleburg/Mason-Dixon Line Historical Society at 7 p.m. on Nov. 20.
The meeting will be at the State Line Ruritan Building, 15481 Park Drive, off Route 11, at the State Line Community Park.
Siedor has degrees and careers in education and military training in administration, training, operations and as an evacuation pilot. He will explain what a Dustoff pilot is, their mission during war time and the requirements and training. He also will share the reasons he became a Dustoff pilot, and his experiences in Vietnam and beyond.
