CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — The Limekiln Drive bridge over Falling Spring Creek is scheduled to close Monday for construction, borough officials said.
The closure is expected to last six to eight weeks.
Limekiln Drive is a heavily traveled route between Lincoln Way East and Walker Road, according to the borough. Traffic will be limited to local vehicles up to the bridge construction area.
A signed detour will direct through traffic around the closure. Borough officials did not immediately provide additional details about the work planned at the bridge.
Motorists who regularly use Limekiln Drive should allow extra travel time and follow posted detour signs while the project is underway.
