WAYNESBORO—A local nonprofit turns 10 this month and will celebrate with a day of fun for everyone.
Knick Knack Pittie Pack will host an event Saturday, Aug. 27, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Quincy Ox Roast Association, 8098 Anthony Hwy., Waynesboro.
The event will include carnival games, food, vendors, DJ, raffles and more.
Shane the Balloon Guy will be on-site making balloon animals from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
Face-painting and glitter tattoos will also be available during that same time, followed by a magic show from 2:45 to 3:20 p.m.
Rob Gutro will be doing a seminar on pets & the afterlife at 1 p.m.
DJ Silver Fox will be playing the tunes and making announcements throughout the event.
Knick Knack Pittie Pack is a 501c3 rescue working towards brighter futures for Pit Bulls by rescuing them from shelters/dangerous situations & placing them in approved foster homes getting them the socialization, vetting & training needed to ensure successful forever home placement.
