The Spring 2024 semester at the Institute for Research on Poverty (IRP) began on Monday, March 11. The schedule for the semester includes a series of engaging lectures both in-person and via Zoom, covering a diverse range of topics. For Menno Haven residents and individuals on the Zoom Guest list, enrollment is not required.

- Tuesday, March 12 – In-Person at Menno Haven Life Center:
- 9 a.m.: “How Americans Viewed World War II Through the Pages of Life” by Leon Reed.
- 10:30 a.m.: Presentation by The Franklin County Area Agency on Aging, led by Tawnya Hurley.
- Wednesday, March 13 – 9 a.m. (ZOOM):
- Topic: “I Didn’t Know That Was Covered!” by Galen C. Krebs.
- Thursday, March 14 – In-Person at Menno Haven Life Center:
