CHAMBERSBURG – The Old Jail in Chambersburg is set to host its famous Haunted Jail event again this Halloween season. The event will take place from 7-9:30 p.m. on Friday Oct. 24, Saturday Oct. 25, Friday Oct. 31 (Halloween night) and Saturday Nov. 1. Patrons are asked to be in line by 9 p.m.
Pap’s Dog Stop will be selling hot dogs each night. A limited number of “I Survived the Haunted Old Jail” t-shirts will be available for purchase at this year’s event.
Admission is $10 for all ages. This fright-filled event is not for the very young or the faint of heart!
The public may purchase tickets in advance at franklinhistorical.org or purchase tickets at the door, cash or credit.
Proceeds from the event will support the Franklin County Historical Society-Kittochtinny , a non-profit, and the properties it owns and maintains, including the Old Jail.
