GREENCASTLE – The Greencastle Midget Football Association and Cheer has officially opened registration for its 2025 fall season, welcoming children ages 5 to 13 (and 14 if entering eighth grade in the 2025-2026 academic year).
The organization, which recently joined other local teams with the Central Football Association, is encouraging both returning players and newcomers to sign up. Registration can be completed online by scanning the QR code provided on the association’s website or Facebook page. Additionally, in-person registration will be available June 16 during the mandatory parents meeting.
The program is open to all children interested in football or cheerleading, as well as those simply curious to try out the sport. Organizers emphasize a safe and enjoyable environment where participants can compete against peers in their age group.
“We want everyone passionate about football or cheerleading, or just wanting to give it a try, to come out and experience the excitement,” association leaders said in a statement.
