GREENCASTLE – The Greencastle Borough Council has announced a workshop meeting to discuss the Town Hall Plaza Project, inviting all residents to participate. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25, at 4 p.m. and will take place at Borough Hall, 60 N. Washington St.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide an update on the Town Hall Plaza Project and create an open forum for community members to ask questions and share suggestions. Borough officials encourage residents to attend and engage in shaping the future of this public space.
The project aims to enhance the plaza area surrounding the town hall, with plans that could include landscaping improvements, seating areas and spaces for community events. A conceptual rendering featured in the meeting announcement shows a modernized plaza with greenery, pathways and gathering spots.
This workshop is part of the Borough Council’s ongoing efforts to involve residents in local development projects and ensure transparency in decision-making. Community input will play a key role in finalizing plans for the plaza.
Residents with questions or those seeking additional information about the meeting are encouraged to contact Borough Hall directly.
